| What Might You Be Entitled to Receive? Under Minnesota's Lemon Law, a successful case will require the manufacturer to: provide a replacement vehicle comparable to your current motor vehicle OR grant you a full refund of monies paid for the vehicle, less a reasonable use allowance (generally $.10 per mile driven when the vehicle was not impaired or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is less). A successful consumer is also entitled to legal fees and litigation costs. |
